It's starting to rain . . .

Don't rock the boat Noah!Just when you think your world is ending it's actually a whole new day beginning. It's amazing how a habit can begin in 3 weeks and take over in good and bad ways. And then clarity comes in and changes everything. Being vulnerable is a scary wild ride - sometimes worth it - sometimes not but a risk I have to take to feel what I have to feel. Being numb is next to death. I pick sad and scared over numb anyday. Happy is better - but that's a while off. I can wait.
