Work shirt

Katie's BlogFinished my work shirt yesterday. I made the man one for Father's day - hope he likes it. Mine was a very personal thing - took forever to decide what to put on it and then once the idea came it just flowed. I snapped the picture of the angel about a million years ago while trolling through all of the cemeteries in Milwaukee. Love angels - love old angel statues battered and worn by the years even more. The Latin for those of you who aren't fluent (or have way too much time on your hands, or aren't an elitest snob) Basically says "shadows are fleeting but Light remains" and the bottom says "the Light shines in the darkness, but the darkness can't understand it." Can't believe it turned out as well as it did considering the source :D
